OUR TRAINING IS HANDS-ON!

In many areas around the country, we are fortunate enough to have glucose meter experts to train our patients.

In those areas without trainers, we offer many training options including training videos, online training, and telephone training by a patient care representative.

Our Patient Care Representatives will come directly to your home or hospital room and walk you through the proper use and technique of your blood glucose meter. Your PCR will show you everything you need to know to get started with testing your blood sugar including the items listed to the right.

In some areas, a referral to a home healthcare agency can be arranged.

They may even be able to share some tips to help make testing easier and less painful!!

This service isn’t just for the newly-diagnosed. If for some reason, you are having a problem with your current meter, it may be appropriate to see if another meter may be better for you. Our PCRs know every monitor inside and out, and can help you decide which is the best one for you, again within the comfort of your home.

Achieving accurate results and having a good-quality working meter should be the last thing you worry about when it comes to your diabetes care.
